Lightworks Art is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of its online guests, customers, and e-mail users. We do not collect personal information about individuals - such as their names and postal or e-mail addresses. Neither do we sell or share our customer information with anyone.

PayPal's Data Security and Encryption
The security of your information, transactions, and money is the core of our business and our top priority at PayPal.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to our site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
Once your information reaches us, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Our servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.
No fraudulent credit card charges or information interception has ever been reported as a result of purchasing through Lightworks Art.
Payment
Once you place your order through PayPal, we will process it and you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. The order will be placed and processed on PayPal's secure server. At this time, we do not accept on-line or personal checks for payment but we will accept money orders.
Refunds
Lightworks Art guarantees that, if you are not satisfied with the art print (s) received, or have changed your mind about the purchase, and you return the item (s) to Lightworks Art in its original condition and container within 30 days from the date of shipment you will receive a full credit, less shipping, to your credit card. At this time, exchanges are not permitted.
Damaged Goods
Every item is carefully inspected for secure packing before leaving Lightworks Art.
If the customer receives any items in a damaged condition, it is the customer's responsibility to contact our shipper, United Parcel Service (UPS) at 1-800-pick-UPS to claim for replacement value. Be sure to have the tracking number which you will find on the UPS label on the outside of the package, available when you call.
Lightworks Art is not responsible for replacing lost or damaged goods.
UPS Insurance Rates Chart
All products that are purchased on this site will be automatically insured using UPS rates.
Any purchase valued between $1 - $100 will have insurance coverage included in the shipping rate
Excess Value Insurance,
Any purchase over $100.00 will be automatically assigned the appropriate insurance coverage according to UPS's insurance rates.
